What we collect

• Device registration: an anonymous device identifier so your preferences and briefing history sync. No account is required.
• Optional account data: if you sign in (email or Apple), we store your name and email to keep your settings across devices.
• Preferences: your interests, briefing times, voice and notification settings.
• Push token: if you enable notifications, an Apple push token so we can deliver them. Turning notifications off removes it from our servers.
• Usage signals: which briefings were played, to power streaks and story selection on your device.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or share your personal data with third parties.
• We don’t track you across other apps or sites.
• Briefing audio is generated on your device; your listening happens locally.

Retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Signing out removes your account data from the device.
