AWS teams up with Superblocks to embed secure vibe-coding in private clouds

Superblocks announced a multi-year joint marketing partnership with Amazon Web Services that embeds its vibe-coding solution inside the private clouds of AWS clients. Companies subscribing to Superblocks can launch applications that store data in Amazon Aurora databases and connect to Amazon Bedrock for AI inference, ensuring no information leaves the customer’s AWS account. CEO Brad Menezes emphasized that the arrangement provides full encryption, auditing and network controls under the client’s existing security policies.

AWS will market the service to its enterprise base, similar to how it promotes other Marketplace partners, even though it does not yet supply its own business-focused vibe-coding agent. The deal comes as Superblocks, a 50-person startup backed by Spark Capital, Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital and Greenoaks, seeks to capitalize on a broader shift toward multi-model AI strategies among large organizations. Industry observers see the move as part of cloud providers’ push to keep AI workloads and orchestration tools within their ecosystems.
