Billie Eilish Concert Film Arrives on Paramount+ with VR-Enhanced Experience on Aug. 6

Paramount+ confirmed the August 6 premiere of “Billie Eilish — Hit Me Hard And Soft: The Tour (Live),” a concert movie that blends live footage with immersive VR-3D effects. Filmed during Eilish’s sold-out shows in Manchester, England, and Phoenix, Arizona, the project marks her third concert film and was co-directed by the singer alongside James Cameron. The visual experience was created in partnership with Meta Platforms and Cameron’s Lightstorm Vision, aiming to place home viewers inside the arena.

To date the theatrical release has earned $10 million in the United States and Canada and $27 million worldwide. The production credits include a long list of producers such as Maria Wilhelm, John Brooks, Geoff Burdick, and executive producer Mikael Borglund. The release adds to Paramount+’s expanding library of music-related content, which already features documentaries and series about artists like Eminem and Alicia Keys.
