Todd Graves, the self-made billionaire behind Raising Cane’s, is said to have spent nearly $100 million on a series of World Cup-themed parties for top Hollywood figures in both New York and Los Angeles. Guests were flown in on private aircraft, lodged at the Mercer Hotel - which Graves allegedly booked exclusively for the weekend - and shuttled to MetLife Stadium where he reserved four separate suites and arranged police escorts.

The New York celebration began with a night at Zero Bond, followed by a private dinner at Chez Margaux, and an after-party at the Crane Club, where Leonardo DiCaprio’s band performed. In Los Angeles, a pre-game gathering at the Fairmont’s Lumiere preceded an after-party at Snoop Dogg’s Inglewood compound, complete with a Snoop performance and Raising Cane’s food trucks. Attendees included a long list of celebrities such as Matt Damon, Kevin Durant, Mick Jagger, Christina Aguilera, and Vin Diesel. Graves, who recently bought a mansion next to DiCaprio’s, has a reputation for throwing extravagant events throughout the year, from Coachella to Super Bowl parties, cementing his status as a premier patron of Hollywood’s social scene.
