Caitlin Clark Earns Back-to-Back Eastern Conference Player of the Week Honors

Caitlin Clark captured the Eastern Conference Player of the Week title for the second straight week, bringing her total to six weekly honors in a three-year career. Over the past seven days she tallied 77 points, the third-highest weekly total in the league, and led all players with 27 assists and a 9.0 assists-per-game average. Highlights included a 32-point, seven-assist effort in a win over the Seattle Storm, a fourth career triple-double with 26 points against the Portland Fire, and a 19-point, 10-assist double-double versus the Minnesota Lynx.

The award places her alongside Tamika Catchings as the only Fever players with six or more weekly recognitions and continues a streak of Eastern Conference Player of the Week honors for Indiana, following Mitchell’s Week 8 win. Clark and the Fever, now 18-11, will face the Las Vegas Aces on Thursday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
