Celtic Park now offers match tickets as mobile-wallet digital passes
Standard tickets for Celtic Park fixtures can be downloaded to a phone’s wallet, letting fans scan entry via NFC.
Celtic Park has introduced a digital ticketing option that lets fans store match tickets in their mobile wallets for NFC-based stadium entry. The electronic tickets function like Apple Pay or Google Pay, and users are advised to download them at home to ensure a strong signal at the gate. iPhone owners with Face ID, most Touch ID models, and newer Apple Watches can add the pass, while Android users need version 9 or higher of Google Wallet.
The club also requires a Celtic FC Digital Account for all online ticket purchases and management. Detailed instructions are provided for both iOS and Android platforms, including how to verify software versions. This shift aims to streamline entry and enhance security for match-day attendees.
Why it matters
Digital tickets simplify stadium entry and improve security for Celtic Park fans.
