Cuba-linked activist coalition unveils 24-hour protest plan targeting US bases and ICE sites

A State Department report says a Cuba-aligned network of US activist groups has circulated a “National Rapid Response Plan” to stage demonstrations at military bases, ICE facilities and federal buildings within 24 hours of any US attack on Cuba.
