De Minaur falls to Norrie after squandering match point at Canadian Open
Australian Alex de Minaur was eliminated by Britain's Cameron Norrie after losing a match point at the Canadian Open.
The third-seeded Australian exited the Montreal Masters when Cameron Norrie turned the tide, winning 5-7, 7-6 (5), 6-1. De Minaur had a match point but two double faults gave Norrie the advantage. He will stay in the top eight unless Ben Shelton claims the title, preserving his US Open seeding.
