Donald Trump Jr. Pays $7.6 Million to Ex-Fiancée for Florida Waterfront Home

A Palm Beach County deed filed on July 25 documents Donald Trump Jr. paying $7.6 million to former fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle to acquire her share of the six-bedroom, 11,270-square-foot waterfront house they owned in Jupiter’s Admiral’s Cove. The couple originally purchased the home for $9.7 million in 2021 and separated in 2024. Guilfoyle, a former one outlet host and senior Trump campaign adviser who now serves as U.S. ambassador to Greece, received the settlement and retains a Delray Beach address.

Trump Jr., who wed socialite Bettina Anderson in the Bahamas earlier this year, is said to be developing a new luxury residence in West Palm Beach to house his five children and future additions. The mansion, built in 1995, features 11 bathrooms, an elevator, a wine cellar, a chef’s kitchen, a golf-cart garage and a private dock for an 85-foot boat. Listings indicate the gated community’s median home price is $9.4 million. Separate reports link Trump Jr. to a trust that bought a nearby waterfront lot for $15 million, intended for an eight-bedroom family home.
