Dorinda Medley lists 3.69-acre slice of Blue Stone Manor for $1.2 million

A recent land survey showed that Dorinda Medley's Blue Stone Manor estate in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, covers nearly 20 acres divided into nine separate lots, far larger than the nine acres she believed she owned. After reviewing the findings as part of her estate planning, she chose to list a 3.69-acre section, situated beyond the main house, for $1.2 million. The lot includes a private driveway, is surrounded by conserved woodland, and provides sweeping vistas across three states.

Medley explained that the distant parcel was unused, and selling it would lower the property taxes she pays on land she does not occupy. She hired a law firm to examine easements and building restrictions before reorganising the estate into three lots. The sale marks the first time in over twenty years that any portion of the iconic Blue Stone Manor, known from Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of New York City,” has been offered publicly.
