Booth Level Officers will now carry out house-to-house verification between June 30 and August 17, extending the previous deadline. A draft version of the roll will be posted on August 24, opening a window for electors to lodge claims or objections until September 23.
The commission has set October 27 as the date for the final roll publication. This adjustment was made after a request from the CEO's office, and officials have been instructed to broadcast the new schedule through all media channels and notify political parties in writing. All relevant officers have been urged to implement the updated programme promptly.
