England Rugby awards first full-time contracts to Venner, Robinson and others

England Rugby confirmed that Gloucester-Hartpury winger Mia Venner and Exeter scrum-half Flo Robinson have been offered their first full-time contracts for the 2026-27 campaign, joining a list of 32 contracted players. Venner, a former teenage debutant who earned her second cap in the 2025 Six Nations, missed the World Cup but contributed to the team’s eighth consecutive Six Nations title. Robinson provides dedicated scrum-half cover, allowing other back-line players to remain in their usual positions.

Veteran second-row Lilli Ives Campion also received a full-time deal after stepping up during the Six Nations injury crisis. Additional contracts include transition deals for emerging talent such as Demelza Short and short-term extensions for players like Lark Atkin-Davies, who recently became a mother.
