Enterprise AI Index shows startups and legacy suites both gaining traction

The new index tracks AI-enabled software usage from June 2022 to June 2026. Start-up providers Anthropic, OpenAI and Cursor top the list for expanding corporate customer bases. Surprisingly, traditional suites such as Google Workspace, GitHub, Microsoft 365, Slack, Adobe, Notion, Canva and Zoom rank among the fastest-growing AI applications. This suggests firms are layering AI features onto familiar tools rather than fully replacing them with niche products.
