Ezekiel Adamu, who runs Balmoral Promotions, disclosed that negotiations for Chris Eubank Jr. to fight in Nigeria this December are proceeding positively. The boxer traveled to the country in June to assess his next move after being defeated by Conor Benn at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Adamu highlighted that meetings with officials, sponsors and local partners have been productive, paving the way for a potential bout later this year.

While he expressed a desire to eventually bring heavyweight icons like Anthony Joshua and Moses Itauma to Nigeria, he acknowledged that Eubank is the most attainable immediate attraction.
