Families of four fallen Army aviators file class action against Commonwealth and Airbus
Relatives of four Army airmen who died in a 2023 helicopter crash off Queensland have initiated a class-action lawsuit targeting the Commonwealth and Airbus.
The crash that killed Captain Danniel Lyon, Lieutenant Maxwell Nugent, Warrant Officer Class 2 Joseph Phillip Laycock and Corporal Alexander Naggs occurred off the Queensland coast in 2023.
