Fox Corp. Posts Record Revenue Boost Fueled by 2026 World Cup

Fox Corp. reported a 28% rise in revenue to $4.2 billion, driven largely by advertising gains from the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Fox Corp.'s fiscal fourth-quarter results showed revenue of $4.2 billion, representing a 28% increase from the prior year, while adjusted EBITDA reached $1.2 billion, up 27%. The surge was anchored by advertising revenue, which rose to $1.9 billion, largely thanks to the 2026 FIFA World Cup coverage. Within the television segment, ad sales more than doubled, adding $755 million to total $1.5 billion.

CEO Lachlan Murdoch credited the World Cup broadcast, the rollout of one outlet One direct-to-consumer service, and the announced acquisition of Roku for the strong financial performance. He said the company entered the new fiscal year well positioned for continued growth and shareholder value.
