HappyRobot secures $150 million Series C, pushes valuation past $1 billion
AI-automation startup HappyRobot raised $150 million in a Series C round, bringing its valuation to $1.2 billion as it expands beyond logistics.
HappyRobot announced a $150 million Series C financing that lifts its post-money valuation to $1.2 billion, according to sources. The round was co-led by Prysm Capital and Eurazeo, with additional backing from Bankinter, Kfund, Koch Disruptive Technologies, Orange and T Capital. Since its $44 million Series B a year ago, the firm’s revenue has grown more than five times and its net dollar retention exceeds 150 percent.
Its AI agents replace traditional chatbots by directly executing tasks—negotiating freight prices, arranging shipments and managing support— for over 150 enterprise customers, including DHL, Uber, Kuehne + Nagel, Naturgy and Repsol. Founder Pablo Palafox, a former Meta Reality Labs researcher, says the breakthrough came from observing real-world operator workflows. HappyRobot is now targeting telecom, energy, utilities, airlines and financial services as the broader enterprise-AI-agent market is projected to reach $295 billion by 2035.
Why it matters
The financing fuels rapid growth of AI agents that could reshape how large enterprises automate core operations.
