Illegal immigrant charged in crash that killed off-duty officer and girlfriend faces ICE detainer

A woman arrested for a drunken head-on collision that killed Bridgeport police officer Cooper Whiteside and his partner Brittany Islami has been identified as an undocumented immigrant, and ICE has placed a detainer on her.
