Inforcer secures $50 million Series C to boost AI-driven security tools for MSPs
London-based Inforcer raised $50 million in a Series C led by Insight Partners to expand its platform that lets managed service providers oversee Microsoft 365 for small businesses.
Inforcer, a London startup that builds management software for MSPs handling Microsoft 365 accounts, announced a $50 million Series C financing round headed by Insight Partners, adding to $110 million raised in its first 18 months. The influx of capital comes as small and medium-size firms increasingly rely on external providers to navigate AI-enhanced security challenges. Inforcer has recently launched tools like Shadow AI detection, which flags unauthorized AI usage, and a live threat-detection and response system to counter fast-moving attacks.
CEO Jamie Daum explained that the new funds will accelerate product innovation and support a pricing shift from per-client to per-user models, with future options for consumption-based pricing. Co-founder William Connor noted that attackers now use AI to craft phishing and target companies within minutes, underscoring the need for robust defenses. While the firm will expand its U.S. footprint, it intends to stay complementary to Microsoft rather than compete directly.
