Instacart offers new discounts and credits for shoppers in August 2026

Instacart is rolling out multiple offers aimed at reducing grocery costs for both newcomers and current members. First-time shoppers receive free delivery on their first three qualifying orders after creating an account. A separate incentive grants a $50 credit to users who are approved for the Instacard Mastercard, along with three months of free Instacart+ service and a $10 discount on the second monthly order.

Existing members can also claim a $10 reduction on Petco purchases exceeding $50 and a $10 discount on Walgreens orders over $40. The platform’s referral scheme provides up to $40 in credits for the referred user’s first two orders and a $10 credit for the referrer once delivery is completed. All promotions require standard order minimums and may still be subject to service fees.
