Inter Milan conducts rainy open training in Hong Kong ahead of City friendly
Inter Milan held an open practice session at Hong Kong's Kai Tak Sports Park, drawing hundreds of fans before their pre-season match against Manchester City.
On the eve of their summer tour match, Inter Milan gathered for a public training drill at Hong Kong's Kai Tak Sports Park under rainy conditions. Cristian Chivu, accompanied by Marco Barella, addressed the media before the squad took to the field, where roughly 250 members of Inter Club Hong Kong and its regional affiliates observed. Delegations from Inter Club Great China, Beijing, Japan, Indonesia and Inter Club Interisti Indonesiani were also present, underscoring the club's international reach.
Following the session, a select group of 40 fans enjoyed a meet-and-greet featuring club legend Christian Vieri, allowing for autographs and photographs. Inter is scheduled to play Manchester City in a pre-season friendly at Kai Tak Stadium on Saturday, 1 August, with a 19:30 local (13:30 CEST) kickoff.
