Intoxicated passenger on Carnival Glory charged after assaulting children in hallway
A heavily drunk passenger on the Carnival Glory was arrested for striking two children during a game of tag in a ship corridor.
During a Carnival Glory cruise departing from Florida, three children were running a game of tag in a hallway when David Crosby II, 44, halted his own sprint and struck two of the kids—one receiving a facial blow that caused a bleeding lip and head pain, the other taking a punch to the stomach. Brevard County Sheriff’s Office officials noted that Crosby was heavily intoxicated and later claimed no memory of the episode.
Security footage from the ship documented the attack. Crosby faced a child-abuse charge, was booked into Brevard County Jail, and subsequently released on a $20,000 bond. The sheriff’s office has not provided further comment.
