Martha Hunt puts Tribeca condo on market for $3.75 million

Martha Hunt, once a Victoria’s Secret Angel and frequent collaborator with designers such as Prada, is preparing to sell her Tribeca condo for $3.75 million. The two-bedroom, three-bath loft spans 1,700 sq ft and was originally purchased for $3.45 million in 2017, shortly after the building’s completion. Interior work by AD100 designer Giancarlo Valle includes three exposures, a chef’s kitchen, custom lime-washed bedroom walls, and a private rooftop pool shared by the building.

Listing broker Taylor Middleton of Douglas Elliman described the property’s setting on a cobblestone alley as offering a private street feel away from city bustle. Hunt, her partner Jason McDonald, and their daughter Emery are now looking for a larger space. The unit was previously featured in Architectural Digest in 2021.
