Michigan basketball adds former Osceola Magic coach Dylan Murphy to staff
Michigan's men's basketball program announced the hiring of Dylan Murphy, who most recently led the Osceola Magic in the NBA G League, as an assistant coach.
The University of Michigan confirmed that Dylan Murphy will join its men's basketball coaching staff. Murphy comes from the Osceola Magic, the NBA G League affiliate of the Orlando Magic, where he guided the team to two conference-top finishes in three years. His résumé includes a Coach of the Month award in March 2025. The move is expected to bolster Michigan's offensive strategy.
