Naïve secures $28.5M Series A to scale AI-powered business automation platform
AI startup Naïve raised $28.5 million in a Series A round to broaden its platform that lets developers automate company formation and operations with AI agents.
Naïve, a platform that enables AI agents to handle the majority of tasks required to launch and run a business, announced a $28.5 million Series A financing headed by Nexus Venture Partners. The company bundles services such as LLC formation, email accounts, virtual cards, phone numbers, cloud resources and integrations with Stripe and QuickBooks into one API, requiring developers only to supply prompts for models like Claude Code or Codex.
Since its debut, Naïve has signed up more than 30,000 developers and increased its annual run-rate revenue tenfold to the low double-digit-million range. Customers are using the toolkit to run fully autonomous operations, including AI-automation agencies, faceless TikTok/YouTube channels and even a rental-car business. The fresh capital will be used to build a model router, a persistent memory system, an orchestrator for multiple agents, and a lightweight serverless runtime that charges mainly for active compute, aiming to curb the high inference costs that now dominate expenses. Aside from Nexus, the round featured participation from Y Combinator, Zetta, Liquid 2 and angels Gokul Rajaram, Tim Zheng and JD Sherman, bringing total funding to about $32 million.
Why it matters
The funding fuels tools that could dramatically lower the cost and complexity of launching and running businesses using AI.
