New Girl Cast to Receive Rising Phoenix Award at LA Chrysalis Gala

The full New Girl ensemble will gather on Oct. 10 in Los Angeles to accept the Rising Phoenix Award at the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball.

All six principal actors from the sitcom New Girl are set to reunite for a single night at the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball in Los Angeles on October 10. The gathering will see the cast receive the Rising Phoenix Award, a tribute presented by the Southern California nonprofit Chrysalis, which aids job-seekers in overcoming barriers to employment. Max Greenfield will serve as the evening’s host, while Banc of California chairman Jared Wolff will be honored with a Corporate Trailblazer Award for his contributions to the local community.

Chrysalis president and CEO Mark Loranger said the awards reflect the organization’s mission of fostering resilience and offering second chances, drawing parallels to the show’s themes of life transitions. Honorary co-chairs for the gala include Greenfield, Betsy Beers, Rebecca Gayheart Dane, Hayward Kaiser, Susan Harris, Chris Hart, Cynthia and Bob Hart, Rick Hess, Josh Lieberman and Amelia Williamson.
