OpenRoad Auto Group sues former 49ers lineman over unpaid Porsche lease

OpenRoad Auto Group alleges that former San Francisco 49ers offensive tackle Trent Williams signed a four-year lease for a Porsche 911 in August 2021. He reportedly made the initial two payments, amounting to $10,617.26, via bank debit, but then closed the account before the next 46 installments were due. The lease term concluded last August, and OpenRoad says it has been unable to determine the car's current location, suggesting it could have been transferred to a car dealer and subsequently to another buyer. In response, the company has filed a lawsuit accusing Williams of breach of contract, fraud and other specific causes of action, also seeking reimbursement of fees and costs associated with the case.
