Parents-rights leader urges families to sue Fauci over COVID response
Moms for Liberty co-founder Tiffany Justice says parents could file a class action against Dr. Anthony Fauci for his handling of the pandemic.
During an interview on the John Solomon Reports podcast, Tiffany Justice, a co-founder of Moms for Liberty, suggested that families whose children suffered from COVID-19 lockdowns could pursue a class-action lawsuit against Dr. Anthony Fauci. Justice claimed Fauci acted beyond the legal scope of his position by silencing dissenting scientists and hiding the virus’s origins, thereby stepping outside the protections of the Federal Tort Claims Act.
She said these actions were not legitimate federal duties and could expose him to personal liability. The remarks came after Fauci testified before the U.S. Senate and invoked his Fifth Amendment rights more than one hundred times. A 1,000-page pandemic-era medical diary released by Senator Rand Paul allegedly shows that crucial information was withheld from the public. Justice emphasized the impact on American families, noting that parents trusted expert advice only to see their children’s education and wellbeing disrupted.
