Patrick Mahomes expands off-field empire with high-end cars, watches and property investments

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes is turning his post-Super Bowl earnings into a diversified portfolio of team stakes, brand deals, luxury automobiles, watches and real estate valued at roughly $13-15 million.

After guiding the Kansas City Chiefs to a Super Bowl win in 2020, Patrick Mahomes secured a historic 10-year, $503 million contract and immediately began building a broad business footprint. He purchased a minority stake in the MLB’s Kansas City Royals and placed capital in wearable-tech firm Whoop, while serving as a brand ambassador for Adidas, Hyperice, Airshare and BioSteel. His personal vehicle collection now includes multiple Ferraris—including a 2021-bought 812 Superfast and a recent SF90 hybrid—plus a Lamborghini Urus, Rolls-Royce Cullinan and other high-performance cars, collectively exceeding $1 million in value.

In 2025 he partnered with Swiss watchmaker Hublot, adding a watch line valued at over $1 million. Real-estate holdings span an 8-acre Belton, Missouri estate with a custom football field, a Westlake, Texas mansion, and several Kansas City properties, together valued at roughly $11-13 million. Mahomes says his investment approach is driven by passion and the influence of figures such as Michael Jordan, Alex Rodriguez and Mark Cuban, emphasizing belief in the people behind the businesses.
