Police seek armed suspect in Greenville homicide and house fire

New York State Police have released an alert seeking Thomas David Ryan, a 32-year-old male described as armed and dangerous, in relation to a homicide that occurred at a residence on Greenville Turnpike. The killing may be tied to a house fire that was reported shortly after 7 p.m. on the same street, though officials have not confirmed the sequence of events. Ryan is reported to be 6’2" and about 200 pounds, last seen wearing black sweatpants and a black T-shirt.

He is thought to be operating a gray 2016 Toyota Prius bearing the New York license plate HNH-7671. Police have asked anyone who encounters the suspect to avoid contact and immediately dial 911.
