Spencer Pratt attended a confidential RNC-hosted dinner where he lauded Donald Trump’s commitment to reviving American film production. Pratt claimed that California leaders are outsourcing jobs to Hungary and targeting local studios, and he positioned himself as a defender of the “quintessential American industry.” He expressed gratitude for Trump’s generosity and said the president is eager to keep foreign markets like Canada, the United Kingdom and Budapest from “stealing our lunch.”

After the dinner, Pratt posted a clip of Trump stepping onto a golf course after a short helicopter ride from LAX, captioning it “Power.” The gathering came after Pratt’s private Oval Office meeting the previous month, during which he was allowed to bring his son. The event was framed as a fundraising effort for the Republican Party.
