Tamil Nadu chief minister refuses opposition call for joint meeting on Mekedatu and Cauvery issues

Vijay called on the opposition to stop using the issue for political gain. During a legislative session, the agriculture minister suggested that Vijay could visit Karnataka, but two additional ministers contradicted that claim, stating they do not want the chief minister to travel there and that Karnataka is not prepared to allocate water.
