Teen Found Dead in Rental Home Owned by Ayanna Pressley's Husband Identified

Boston police and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner have confirmed that Yoseliani Ann Marte Ocasio, an 18-year-old, was shot and killed in a rental home owned by Conan Harris, the long-time spouse of Representative Ayanna Pressley. The house, which generates between $50,000 and $100,000 in annual rent, was listed for sale when the July 18 homicide took place and has since been removed from the market. Authorities have classified the death as a homicide but have not identified a motive or suspect, and the Homicide Unit continues to investigate.

Pressley publicly mourned the victim, characterizing the tragedy as an act of domestic violence. A neighbor reported a police raid at the property about two months before the killing.
