The CW Extends Runs of Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit and Police 24/7
The CW has ordered additional seasons for its unscripted titles Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit and Police 24/7, and cleared them for daytime syndication in most U.S. markets.
The CW announced that its reality-based lineup will continue with new installments of Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit and Police 24/7. Scrabble and Trivial Pursuit each received an order for a third season, slated to follow their Season 2 launches on Thursday, Oct. 1, while Police 24/7 was green-lit for a fourth season. All three titles have also been sold into daytime syndication, now cleared in over 85 % of U.S. markets.
During the 2025-2026 broadcast year, the trio ranked within the network’s top five entertainment shows, drawing more than 31.4 million viewers and generating over 1.2 million hours of digital consumption. Craig Ferguson hosts Scrabble, LeVar Burton fronts Trivial Pursuit, and SallyAnn Salsano’s Mulholland Media produces Police 24/7. Production partners include Hasbro Entertainment, Mattel Television Studios, Lionsgate Alternative Television, Talpa Studios and the network itself.
