Moore used the appearance to back Abdul El-Sayed, the left-leaning candidate who won Michigan's Senate primary, and urged young voters to stay engaged. In retaliation, Trump posted on Truth Social, labeling Moore a perpetual loser and ridiculing El-Sayed as a “Communist Comrade.”

The president also reiterated his claim that communism poses the greatest threat to the United States during a separate speech in Las Vegas. Moore has a history of criticizing Trump, including a documentary and a Broadway anti-Trump show. The dispute underscores the polarized political climate ahead of the November general election, where El-Sayed will face Republican Rep. Mike Rogers. Both figures continue to use media platforms to rally supporters and attack opponents.
