Two adults discovered dead in Charleville home, police suspect murder-suicide

Emergency crews responded to reports of a serious assault at a Charleville property on King Street yesterday evening. The bodies of a 23-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man were recovered this morning, and police are investigating the incident as a suspected murder-suicide. An emergency declaration was issued and later lifted after about eight hours. A toddler who was also involved was taken to Charleville Hospital with a minor leg laceration but remains in stable condition. No police officers or members of the public were harmed during the response.
