Yash Leads Dual Roles in New Gangster Epic Trailer Release

The official trailer for “Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups” has been unveiled, featuring Yash in the rare dual capacity of father and son, Raya and Ticket, whose opposing agendas fuel the film’s central conflict. The clip also introduces an ensemble cast that includes Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth and Huma Qureshi, each entangled in shifting alliances and power struggles. Director Geethu Mohandas constructs a world built on competing loyalties, betrayal and the quest for redemption, while Indian National Film Award-winning cinematographer Rajeev Ravi supplies a gritty, textured aesthetic.

Hollywood stunt coordinator J.J. Perry, famed for “John Wick” and “Fast & Furious,” oversees the large-scale action choreography. Lionsgate will distribute the movie across selected international territories, and the production was shot simultaneously in Kannada and English, with dubbed versions planned for Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. Produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, the film is set for a global theatrical debut on Aug. 26.
