14 attendees rushed to hospitals after medical emergencies at San Jose EDM concert

Emergency crews treated and transported 14 people from a The Chainsmokers show at Discovery Meadow in San Jose to local hospitals.

A The Chainsmokers concert at Discovery Meadow in San Jose prompted a large medical response on Friday night. The San Jose Fire Department reported receiving reports of several patients requiring care and immediately called for an Ambulance Task Force, two extra advanced life support fire units, and a Battalion Chief to coordinate resources. Fourteen ambulances arrived, and paramedics provided on-site treatment before transporting all patients to nearby hospitals.
