Base prices for both start just over $42,000, but achieving the Tucson’s full feature list on the RAV4 pushes the price past $52,000. While the RAV4 offers more trim variations, the Tucson’s interior quality and warranty coverage were noted as advantages. Ultimately, Edmunds concluded the RAV4’s greater electric range and fuel economy make it the better choice for buyers focused on gas savings.
