Four days after the fatal stabbing of a 49-year-old woman in Saint-Maur, investigators are focusing on a shocking hypothesis: the perpetrator could be a seven-year-old child. The boy is said to have attacked his aunt multiple times, including a throat wound, in what he claims was defense of his mother. If confirmed, it would be the first recorded murder by a child of that age in France.
