7-Year-Old Cyclist Killed in Collision with Car on Turin Street

A seven-year-old boy was riding his red bicycle with his father along Corso Regina Margherita in Torino when a Chevrolet Matiz suddenly collided with him near civico 63. The impact threw the child onto the pavement, causing multiple fractures and cardiac arrest despite wearing a protective helmet. Emergency responders from the 118 service arrived within minutes, intubated the child and transported him in a red-code ambulance to the Regina Margherita hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later in the afternoon.
