A victim shot in the back reported severe bleeding and asked for help, while dispatchers urged calm and coordinated aid. Officials noted “multiple people down,” later confirming six gunshot wounds and treating the location as an active scene.

A 15-year-old remains detained on firearms and assault charges, though no homicide charges have been filed. City officials, including the Mayor’s Office, said they are working closely with police to keep the public informed.
