A Just Russia Surpasses 5% Threshold, Secures Spot in State Duma

According to the Central Election Commission, A Just Russia secured 5.00% of the party-list vote, based on 96.95% of ballots processed, thereby satisfying the 5% threshold for State Duma representation. The lower house will continue to be occupied by five parties, as in the previous term. In the 2021 parliamentary election, A Just Russia received 7.46% of the vote and ranked fourth among the parties that entered parliament.

The newcomer party New People had achieved 5.32% in that election, placing it last among the five. One outlet result restores A Just Russia’s parliamentary presence after falling short of the threshold in the most recent vote count.
