Aaron Rodgers to List New Jersey Home for $15 Million Ahead of Final NFL Year

Aaron Rodgers is preparing to sever his remaining ties to the New York area by listing his Montclair, New Jersey residence for $15 million, a price 57.9% higher than the $9.5 million he paid in the summer of 2023. The eight-bedroom, nine-and-a-half-bath new-construction home includes a gourmet kitchen, custom dressing rooms, a spa-style primary suite, a wine cellar, cigar lounge, meditation space, media room, wet bar and a lower-level fitness center.

After an injury-shortened two-year run with the New York Jets, Rodgers moved to the Pittsburgh Steelers, leading them to an AFC North title and announcing that the upcoming season will be his last in the NFL. He missed a preseason matchup against the Green Bay Packers, noting he had hoped the game would be in Green Bay so he could play at Lambeau Field one final time. Rodgers expressed disappointment that the game was held in Pittsburgh instead. The home sale and his final-season plans mark the closing chapter of his 22-year professional career.
