ACEN and Dutch investor Diro formalise new solar partnership in India
ACEN Corp, part of the Ayala group, has sealed a partnership with Dutch firm Diamond India Renewables One BV for a fresh solar venture in India.
The Manila-based renewable firm announced that its subsidiary Unlimited Renewables Holdings BV signed a securities subscription and purchase agreement with Diamond India Renewables One BV. The deal brings the Dutch investor into a new solar project slated for development in India. The agreement was disclosed in a regulatory filing on Wednesday, highlighting deeper collaboration between the two companies.
