While loading items into his truck at the Laurel Supply grocery store in West Hollywood, Keegan Allen was confronted by two masked individuals. One man repeatedly hit him in the head with a gun, while the other threatened him with a knife and seized his watch, leaving the actor bloodied but allowing him to keep a bracelet and a ring. Footage from the store’s security cameras shows the attackers fleeing after the robbery.
Allen later visited a hospital, suspecting a concussion, and posted a statement on Instagram denouncing the city’s safety and calling on officials to use existing camera networks to locate the suspects. He also referenced Mayor Karen Bass and Governor Gavin Newsom in his plea for action. The LAPD has been notified of the assault.
