Actor Noel Clarke to face court on multiple sexual offence charges

Noel Clarke will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court after being charged with two sexual assaults, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure.

Noel Clarke, acclaimed for his work on films such as Kidulthood, Adulthood and Brotherhood, is set to appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday. The Crown Prosecution Service has brought two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure against him, following allegations from five women covering incidents between 2007 and 2016. The investigation, which began in September 2025, was conducted by the Metropolitan Police.

Detective Superintendent Mike Cagney said the women continue to receive specialist support and urged other victims to come forward. Deputy chief Crown prosecutor Bethan David affirmed that the evidence meets the threshold for prosecution and that the case is in the public interest. Authorities have asked the public to refrain from publishing material that could prejudice the trial.
