Adam Neumann's Flow launches Dubai office to steer Middle East and US expansion

WeWork co-founder Adam Neumann's residential real-estate firm Flow has opened a new office in Dubai International Financial Centre to manage growth across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the United States.

The venture, called Flow, set up its headquarters in the DIFC to coordinate its regional rollout, including its inaugural property purchases in the Emirates. Since 2024 the company has owned 1,000 apartments in Riyadh, now overseeing 8,500 homes in Saudi Arabia, Florida and California. By contrast, Dubai developer Emaar has built roughly 130,000 units in the city. Despite regional tensions, Dubai's property market remains a buyer’s market with only modest single-digit declines in rentals and sales.

Why it matters

The move signals growing confidence in Dubai's real-estate market and highlights Flow's ambition to become a major player in the region.
