AI startup Crusoe secures $13 billion cloud contract with Jane Street

Crusoe, an AI data-center startup, signed a five-year cloud agreement with trading firm Jane Street valued at about $13 billion.

AI-focused data-center provider Crusoe announced a five-year cloud services deal with the trading firm Jane Street Group, worth roughly $13 billion. Under the agreement, Jane Street will receive dedicated GPU clusters and related infrastructure for both AI model training and inference via Crusoe’s platform. The partnership marks Jane Street’s largest cloud customer and is expected to bolster Crusoe’s ongoing capital raise, which aims for about $3 billion at an estimated $30 billion valuation.

The deal highlights the surge in spending on AI-related data-center capacity. Neither company responded to requests for comment. Crusoe has been expanding its AI infrastructure offerings amid rising demand for compute power.
