AI startup Wonderful secures $550 million, pushing valuation to $5 billion
Israeli-Dutch AI firm Wonderful raised $550 million in a Series C round, lifting its valuation to $5 billion, more than double the figure from six months earlier.
Wonderful, an AI startup with Israeli and Dutch roots, announced a $550 million Series C financing that values the company at $5 billion, more than twice its valuation at the previous round six months ago. Insight Partners returned as lead investor, and existing backers Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer Venture Partners also participated, while Salesforce entered the round for the first time. Launched in early 2025, the firm first gained traction with a customer-service AI agent platform tailored for non-English markets and a strategy of deploying engineers to client sites.
Its latest offering, the “Wonderful AI OS,” is designed to orchestrate agents, workflows and any AI model within a company’s data and integration landscape. CTO and co-founder Roey Lalazar highlighted the platform’s flexibility and the ability for customers to retain ownership of their builds. The new funds will be directed toward faster product rollout, scaling the forward-deployed engineering squads and satisfying growing market demand.
